Ability to modify a existing order

Require the ability to modify an existing order. Currently the only option is to cancel an entire order. This is not an ideal customer experience.
IF order status is UNPAID, allow the baker to add or remove items.
IF order status is PAID, allow the baker to remove items and this partially refunds the order to the original payment method. Justification: there is an issue with the baker being able to fulfil the entire order so the baker needs to be able to remove item(s) from the order.

Hey! Partial refunds are already available. On an order that is paid via CC, look for the Pencil icon located next to the Products section on the Order Details page

Mendel Engel for partial refunds is that canceling a specific item in the order and refund for that item or can I adjust an order and after payment give a percent or dollar amount off for a reason I may have and not necessarily remove an item from the order?

Karen Devine you do both. You can choose to either refund a partial dollar amount WITHOUT removing any items from the order, or you can also remove the items themselves from the order.
