Currently, customers enter their number or email but have to go back and confirm, and many don't complete that second step. A single-action sign-up would significantly reduce drop-off and improve the experience for both the customer and the baker

Is there a way to have an actual App for this? Not just a web service? Would love to have this on my iPhone/iPad for entering orders and getting alerts of new orders.

Revenue, order history, loyalty point balance, first/last order dates, internal notes, customer-specific discounts, subscription management, and the ability to manually adjust loyalty points

Would it be possible to add a “We Miss You” text/email option that flags customers who haven’t ordered in 3+ months? Ideally, this would allow us to send a quick message (with an optional discount code) to re-engage those customers. Thanks

I would love the name on top of tickets to be larger to make it easier for customers to find their order.

— Ad hoc / custom orders outside of a bake sale — similar to how Bakeasy or Square Online handles it — No max limit on product options, especially for my inclusion loaves just to fit all the flavors — Max selection count + allow multiples of one option essential for flight-style products (e.g. pick 4, can choose more than one of the same flavor) — Unlimited inventory option for products where a hard count isn't needed — Baker's notes on orders — Edit orders after submission — Add orders from other places to keep track in one place.

Customers call all the time asking to add things to their order. Instead of creating a second order. I have gone in and tried to manually do it for them by creating a second order, but it will not let me generate it. So ultimately, I Have to make them place a second order any way. Is there something I’m missing? It would be great to be able to add items and send them an invoice/Payment link.

I do markets and my farmstand on Saturdays but they are different locations so I need to make them both the same day but different “bake days” so I can have different menus and addresses..currently I’m having to put my farmstand day on Sunday which is fine but has confused a few people

I would like to create an invoice for special orders.
