I have customers that will say they don’t receive their text or email notifications and I would love it if there was a FAQ or info graphic that simply Bread could put together that shows how to manage your notifications that I could just forward to my customers so that they could go in and make any adjustments or changes

Hello -
I have a few customers who pressed the wrong thing and want me to send them the Opt In SMS/Email so that they can get notifications about bread drops/bake days.
How do I resend them the Opt In message to both SMS and Email?

Send a reminder message to people that sign up for bake day notifications but haven't verified their email or phone #. Some of my customers sign up but don't click on the link to verify.

Yes I have had customers say they don’t get the notifications. When I look they haven’t verified email and phone # this would be very helpful.

Yes! I have some regulars who rely on my social media posts to know when Bake Days open since they didn’t verify at sign up. A reminder msg to them with the link would be great!

If I’m not mistaken, under the main menu, where “My Store” is on the left, you can click “More” on the right and the second option from the top contains the link you are looking for (“Go to my Signup Page”)

Yes! 50% of my customers have not verified and I know they would appreciate the reminder to verify it.
