I requesteda loyalty program as well. Something like earn 1 point towards $1 spent, and maybe like 100 points are equivalent to $10 customer can grab a free loaf.

I think this would be great if it was automated. I have been doing a buy 10 get 1 loyalty program for the past year, but i have to track it. I just update a number I have in each customer's note section on their info section when I message them about their order.

It would be awesome to to be able to set up how our loyalty works too, like, buy 9 loves of bread get the 10th free, or Every $5 spent earns a point/crumb...so many points/crumbs can buy a cookie, a loaf of bread, etc...A built in loyalty point system would be amazing as my customers often forget their loyalty cards.
