Having an option for the customers to input their birthday & they we get the option to give either a coupon code or a free item for birthday reward would be incredible. Such a nice treat to offer and would encourage people to sign up too. Same with loyalty points!

Can SBA integrate some kind of loyalty program with our customers? Not just discount codes or money off the purchase. A way we can keep track of each customer right from the app?

Allow us to set things like buy 10 loaves of bread get the 11th free. If the system could track that via customer email possibly?

I requesteda loyalty program as well. Something like earn 1 point towards $1 spent, and maybe like 100 points are equivalent to $10 customer can grab a free loaf.

I think this would be great if it was automated. I have been doing a buy 10 get 1 loyalty program for the past year, but i have to track it. I just update a number I have in each customer's note section on their info section when I message them about their order.
