I like to reach out to my class attendees before the date to make sure there are no allergens, things like that. I have to copy all the numbers and send from my personal number bc the app reply bounced back. Is there a way around this or a way to tie it to your cell?

Any way that customers can reply to the reminder text? I don’t know now when someone replies that they are late etc.

I would actually love if there was an in app option to message and receive texts from customers, so I don't have to use my personal phone for this.. I use the app on a device that I cannot use as a phone and have to message from my personal phone.

A similar issue: I had a customer reply to the reminder text about their order wanting to cancel it, but of course I never got that text.

Emily Hirschi I've had multiple customers tell me they replied to the reminder text and never heard back as well! It would be nice to add a text saying "reach out to the baker at this number" or some sort of do not reply at the bottom for clear communication to our clients

It would be nice to be able to message customers and have them text us back without having to do it from a different number! And even if our customer isn't subscribed for text alerts, it would be nice to message them from the app if they haven't picked up their order.

a way to communicate with customers and have them communicate back. HotPlate has this and it would be nice to be able to message them about an order and have the said order be reference there especially for custom or big orders that may need back and forth. Limiting to just text makes it hard to scale into a team. If we scale with a product then we move on to something that can.

I would love to have this feature too. I find this necessary, particularly for sourdough class purchases when we need to communicate class details after the purchase is done and sometimes customers don't leave email address. In such cases, I have email part of the class and text message the rest.
