I offer a lot of shelf-stable items that I want folks to be able to purchase for pickup at my kitchen with a day or two notice. But I don't want to set up a whole bake day for each possible pickup day. The lack of this kind of functionality is what is stopping me from switching over my online store completely from Square. One workaround could be setting up all those days for possible pickups, but I wouldn't want to call them "bake days" because it would be things like jams, spreads, mixes, etc. that are not BAKED.

I sell some pantry products (pancake mix, dehydrated starter, etc.)

I would love to be able to add an inventory option to those products and have the the available counts for each bake day manually update to reflect the inventory.

Would love to have the option to be able to toggle between bake days and "online store" where we can list items that are always available like cookies etc. that can be ordered anytime and picked up in a time frame set by the baker. Have this separate from bake days, this would be amazing. thanks
