I just ordered the POS system thinking it would be able to place orders for preorders. Is this something that is possible? I don't want my employees to have access to all the other information available through the regular app.

YESS! It was a clunky process. An extra step when you have to check out 2 customers at a time. Plus, not every farmers' market has wifi or good service.

Terminal option for the phone

I’m hoping this is possible. I would love to have an option to do a terminal thru the phone instead of having the physical terminal only. I am getting a terminal soon but it would be a nice option to have an option while working towards the terminal

Technically this is possible but would require A LOT of work. It essentially require developing an entire new app that would run on the Stripe terminal. So, while we may decide to do this in the future, unfortunately there are too many higher priorities at the moment.

Mendel Engel I was kind of disappointed after paying $400 when I could use a Stripe swipe for less if I'm still using my phone. This should be front and center on the purchase page.

Yes! I just received my terminal today and it took me quite a while to figure out that I still had to use my phone to send the sale to the terminal.
