The screen after they order that gives QR code and says show this at pickup is confusing to people because I do contactless porch pickup. People will knock on my door because they think they need to show me the code. We should have the ability to edit that screen to give specific pickup instructions instead of it saying to show the QR code.

THis is a great suggestion! I have customers printing them out and bringing them to pickup and I don't need them to do that. I would love to toggle that option off OR choose my own pickup instructions for the customer that I can customize.

This is good feedback. We can implement a toggle that you can turn on or off to determine if the QR code is shown for your account

Mendel Engel Is this still in progress? I haven’t found a way to turn off that QR code feature. I do contactless pick up, so would like to have that portion removed from the confirmation email.

Jennifer Swims yes after they finish the whole transaction. I’ve done fake orders on my own account to see what the customer sees. That’s the only reason I know about it.

Jennifer Swims: The idea of the QR code on the order confirmation page is so that when the customer comes to pickup their order, they just show you the QR code, you scan it and it will pull up their order on your phone. Just an easy and quick way to jump right to their order. Saves time when you are dealing with a lot of customers picking up at the same time
