100% agree! Same experience. A customer gave me a 3 star review with no explanation for a pumpkin pie. When I reached out to inquire, she told me the pie was very good but a little too custardy for them. They prefer the typical pumpkin pie style. That’s fine but I’d like other people to see the reason and interaction because everyone else raved about my pumpkin pie!

Yes and also the option for them to leave feedback. I just got a 3 star review on a product after getting 5 star reviews. I’d like the feedback out there and the ability to respond publicly. Some people leave lower reviews for silly reasons. When I’m considering reviews, I like to know what the complaint is.
