I’d like to be able to respond to a review and have the response be visible to anyone looking at the reviews. I received a two-star review, and I’d like people to know I did reach out to try to make it right.

100% agree! Same experience. A customer gave me a 3 star review with no explanation for a pumpkin pie. When I reached out to inquire, she told me the pie was very good but a little too custardy for them. They prefer the typical pumpkin pie style. That’s fine but I’d like other people to see the reason and interaction because everyone else raved about my pumpkin pie!
