I have customers who have already left a review once and will not be prompted again. I would prefer that they were able to review the products they have purchased and not just me as a baker one time. They try new items and aren't asked about them, most reviews specifically mention the item they bough the first time they did a review.

It would be nice to allow them to go in and review without being prompted as well. Some of my customers meet me at a market or pop up before they start ordering and wanted to review an item they tried before.
If i may add... be able to remove/ delete a review also. A few older customers will leave me a message about an order instead of a review... bless them

Jennifer Swims: you can dispute a review and we will get a message about it. We can then delete the review for you
