I would like the ability to schedule custom text messages like hotplate allows. Currently, the only option is to send them instantly. I wanted to text customers about an abundance of extra items due to a canceled order on bake day so I had to set a timer to do it at an appropriate time. I would have rather set it up at 5am, before I got rolling, to be sent out at 9am. Instead, I had to set an alarm so I wouldn’t forget to send it.
