I noticed the fee structure is now totaling roughly 10% of the total transaction. Other platforms that have similar fee structures include access to reporting, analytics, and insights for that fee. In addition they offer more storefront customizations and integrations with other platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Shopify, etc.
I was told upon signup in April these features were in the works, is there a timeline on when they will be launched?

It’s tough to not want to switch platforms knowing what others offer for the fee structure. As business owners, this is vital information to have.
