Background: I frequently miss notes that Customer enter on orders until I print out the invoice. I just get too busy to remember to go look for notes. And then it’s far too late.
Requirement: If a customer enters a note on an order, send an SMS / text to the baker so they are flagged to this note. Make it an opt in for the baker to receive these messages.

I looked but didn't see any suggestions similar. I would love to see an exclamation point or a highlight in red where a customer leaves a note for an order. I have missed several just going in the app due to no variation in color. All white background

I’d love it if there was an additional notification for customer notes! People ask for some crazy stuff that I would love to address faster than the day of. I try to watch the orders and look through for notes but sometimes it’s just too busy

Similar to the notification that “you have a new order” or “someone has left a review”, Could it notify you that you have a new note from a customer sometimes I miss the notes unless I remember to sit down and search for them 🫣

ABSOLUTELY me as well. Just this past weekend somehow I miss that a customer was not going to pick up an order on Saturday and came on Sunday and I didn’t realize it until almost close of business Saturday and her order had been sitting outside in the heat most of the day unnecessarily.
