Background: I frequently miss notes that Customer enter on orders until I print out the invoice. I just get too busy to remember to go look for notes. And then it’s far too late.
Requirement: If a customer enters a note on an order, send an SMS / text to the baker so they are flagged to this note. Make it an opt in for the baker to receive these messages.

ABSOLUTELY me as well. Just this past weekend somehow I miss that a customer was not going to pick up an order on Saturday and came on Sunday and I didn’t realize it until almost close of business Saturday and her order had been sitting outside in the heat most of the day unnecessarily.
