I would like to for texts to end with this is a NO REPLY text thread or something similar. I have customers say they responded to my text, which I never receive. It needs to be clear to a customer that they cannot respond to the text. It would be even better if we could opt into an option where we could include a number/email they can respond to and that could be added. Like: this number is DO NOT REPLY, to contact your baker text: 888-888-8888 or baker@baker.co

If I want feedback, I put in the email respond to and then my phone number. Pretty simple.

Michele Jacobs that’s completely different. We’re not talking about emails. This is about mass texts being sent out. If SB sends an auto text or I send a mass text to my customers, it’s sent from a completely different number so if anyone responds, you will not get it or know. They also don’t know you’re not getting it. One day I was running behind and sent a mass text to everyone that ordered and at the end, I said “please let me know if this is an issue” and was surprised I never got even 1 reply so I questioned if it even went out. Then found out it goes out from a totally different number.

That’s weird. I go to my customers and click on their name and click the message button and it opens my text messages on phone.
