Customer reports: I would like to know by category and dollar amount within a date range what a customer has ordered. So have the report show every customer with orders within that date range but have it sorted by Customer and have their details listed under their name. I would use this in a few different ways one of them being a rewards program.

Sales reports: Within a date range, I would like to know, total sales, taxes, and fees, and all of that collected. But would also like to know the details, how many Of each different kinds of breads were ordered and the $ amount, how many of each type of scones and $ amount and Have this information for each product sold. This would show you which ones were more popular than the others. It would also break out classes and pantry items and other things that may not be an actual baked good So that you can breakdown your sales category in your accounting program accordingly.

I’m sure there are other reports, but these are the two big areas that I really would like to have information on

I’d like a way to easily and visually track returning vs new customers, average order value, top items, weekly and monthly revenue, etc

I would love the option to run a report to see how many of each item was sold out of the amount offered within a date range.

For example…

Date range: Last 3 months

Sourdough bread: 109/120

Sugar cookie packs: 175/215

Blueberry pie: 5/25

This would be beneficial in seeing which products offered sell the best!

For tax purposes and bookkeeping, having a way to either download a document for monthly sales / revenue, or something that calculates Gross and net through the app and at minimum shows how many sales for each item for the whole month.

Would love a reports feature that helps us track month to month sales, year to year sales etc.

It would be amazing to have a basic traffic report. How many ppl came to our order page, what products they looked at.

I noticed the fee structure is now totaling roughly 10% of the total transaction. Other platforms that have similar fee structures include access to reporting, analytics, and insights for that fee. In addition they offer more storefront customizations and integrations with other platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Shopify, etc.

I was told upon signup in April these features were in the works, is there a timeline on when they will be launched?
