Hi There Simply Bread (Mendel & Crew)
I’d like to request an update to the order history and customer information view within the app.
Currently, previous orders and customer activity do not clearly display the year (for example: 2024, 2025, 2026). Dates without the year make it very difficult to track customer activity accurately.
As a bakery owner, I need to be able to:
See when a customer last ordered, including the year
Identify active vs inactive customers (for example, someone who hasn’t ordered in 6–12 months)
View order history in a way that clearly shows which year each order was placed
See the year a customer signed up, not just the month/day
It would be extremely helpful if:
All order history included the full date with year
Customer profiles showed signup date with year
Orders could be grouped or filtered by year (ex: 2024, 2025, 2026)
This kind of visibility is important for managing customer relationships, planning menus, and understanding growth over time.

Add YEAR to dates

Currently, bake dates and order dates state day and month. Can we have the year added for tracking purposes?
Or have data from each year automatically reordered into drop-down sections?
I just looked at a customer’s profile with orders from last year and this year, and I couldn’t find a way to tell which year each was from.
As the years accumulate using this app, this kind of feature will become useful.
