Every time I do a bake day I have to re-type my pickup instructions (e.g., loaves will be labeled with your name in cabinet on the porch). Right now if you go in and edit bake day after you post it the text disappears and it doesn’t give you the option to use same instructions for future bake days.

A way to thank our customers with a loyalty program. Like a buy “ get “ % or $ off.

I have a customer that texts me when she forgot to add something to her order and I would like to be able to add a precut to an established order.

Would be so nice to track and communicate directly through the app!

On my iPhone - I HATE that when I’m scrolling through my orders on a bake day and hold it too long it pulls up the checkmark to select orders to fulfill. I HAAAAAAAAATE this. Because then I can’t click on the order I wanted to go into right away and it’s so much annoying. Please take this feature off!

Is there a way to limit how many people can choose each pick-up time slot? My pick-up window is 7 hours, but despite that, most of my customers tend to show up at the same time 😅—which ends up creating a big traffic jam in my driveway.

I have some customers who prefer to receive their payment links via email for tracking purpose. Can that be added as a feature instead of only being able to send via text?

More customization with food items. Like having a cake with multiple flavors you can choose from under one button. And making it so customer can choose allergen friendly versions of the original products. Like a selecting a regular cinnamon roll, then choosing a flavor like blueberry lets say, and then selecting that they want it to be made vegan. But also be able to select more than one allergen, like say vegan and gluten-free. And then have products be searchable by if they are available allergen friendly. So if a customer only wants to see items available gluten free it will search and show all available gluten free products. And then also making it so that the bake day pickup locations are viewable before viewing the items available on a bake day, so that customers can easilly select a day where the pickup location is convenient. Having the bake days show which items are available premade at an event, and which are ONLY available by preorder. Also, making it so that the email a customer receives confirming their pickup location and hours for pickup are specific to the bake day and pickup location the customer selects. Ideally we would have some level of customization we can do for those emails.

When I select a certain filter on the order page, I noticed that when I click on the customer’s order and then click back on the main order page, the store by function reverts to the default option. It would be nice to have the sort by function stay the same as selected. (That way, I don’t lose my place when going through the orders.)

I don't print out my orders for bake prep day rather I just look at the app's view orders page as I go. Is there a way to make the baker's notes visible on that screen? Or at least mark that there IS a bakers note so I know to click into it for more details?
