Would be so nice to track and communicate directly through the app!

A way to thank our customers with a loyalty program. Like a buy “ get “ % or $ off.

I've had a few customers want to be able to see what they ordered each week / past week and if they have already ordered for a future bake day or not since they get bake day reminders for a bake day about to end and find searching their emails cumbersome.

Would it be possible to add a “We Miss You” text/email option that flags customers who haven’t ordered in 3+ months? Ideally, this would allow us to send a quick message (with an optional discount code) to re-engage those customers. Thanks

I have customers telling me they aren’t getting the notifications anymore… they want to order but don’t get a text. I check them and they look fine in the app. HELP! My order is lower than ever this week and now im worried—- how can I check this?

I recently purchased the new stripe POS system and was a little baffled that I have to use the app on my phone in order to use the POS system. Is there anyway possible to have the app within the POS system so I don’t have to use my phone?

I had a customer who attempted to unsubscribe to text messages and emails, but the email was still being sent to the customer. I went in to the app on my side and unsubscribed her via the Customer page. Possible issue with users unsubscribing from emails and text messages.

I would love the name on top of tickets to be larger to make it easier for customers to find their order.

I have several drop locations in the same town. When my customers look at locations it only shows the town State and zip code and they are trying to figure out if their location is available without going through ordering and check out. Can we add the name on the location on the main bake day screen as well? Let me see if I can add a photo

Is there a way to limit how many people can choose each pick-up time slot? My pick-up window is 7 hours, but despite that, most of my customers tend to show up at the same time 😅—which ends up creating a big traffic jam in my driveway.
