I have several drop locations in the same town. When my customers look at locations it only shows the town State and zip code and they are trying to figure out if their location is available without going through ordering and check out. Can we add the name on the location on the main bake day screen as well? Let me see if I can add a photo

Would it be possible to add a “We Miss You” text/email option that flags customers who haven’t ordered in 3+ months? Ideally, this would allow us to send a quick message (with an optional discount code) to re-engage those customers. Thanks

A way to thank our customers with a loyalty program. Like a buy “ get “ % or $ off.

I have customers telling me they aren’t getting the notifications anymore… they want to order but don’t get a text. I check them and they look fine in the app. HELP! My order is lower than ever this week and now im worried—- how can I check this?

I had a customer who attempted to unsubscribe to text messages and emails, but the email was still being sent to the customer. I went in to the app on my side and unsubscribed her via the Customer page. Possible issue with users unsubscribing from emails and text messages.

Would be so nice to track and communicate directly through the app!

On my iPhone - I HATE that when I’m scrolling through my orders on a bake day and hold it too long it pulls up the checkmark to select orders to fulfill. I HAAAAAAAAATE this. Because then I can’t click on the order I wanted to go into right away and it’s so much annoying. Please take this feature off!

Bake Days is confusing. I'd like to say pick up day or orders ready, or other wording. I'd like to have the options available to change the title.

I would love the name on top of tickets to be larger to make it easier for customers to find their order.

Hi There Simply Bread (Mendel & Crew) I’d like to request an update to the order history and customer information view within the app. Currently, previous orders and customer activity do not clearly display the year (for example: 2024, 2025, 2026). Dates without the year make it very difficult to track customer activity accurately. As a bakery owner, I need to be able to: See when a customer last ordered, including the year Identify active vs inactive customers (for example, someone who hasn’t ordered in 6–12 months) View order history in a way that clearly shows which year each order was placed See the year a customer signed up, not just the month/day It would be extremely helpful if: All order history included the full date with year Customer profiles showed signup date with year Orders could be grouped or filtered by year (ex: 2024, 2025, 2026) This kind of visibility is important for managing customer relationships, planning menus, and understanding growth over time.
