Why is the total sales amount number on the orders page so tiny? It’s too small to read.

I would love to be able to print my customer’s name labels directly from here with a large font to make it easy for them to find their order. I have ingredient and disclosure labels saved for each flavor on my computer, but I type a label for each customer’s name for pickup. It would be nice to have a name list generated for me!

I’d like to be able to respond to a review and have the response be visible to anyone looking at the reviews. I received a two-star review, and I’d like people to know I did reach out to try to make it right.

I have customers who have already left a review once and will not be prompted again. I would prefer that they were able to review the products they have purchased and not just me as a baker one time. They try new items and aren't asked about them, most reviews specifically mention the item they bough the first time they did a review.

Currently, customers enter their number or email but have to go back and confirm, and many don't complete that second step. A single-action sign-up would significantly reduce drop-off and improve the experience for both the customer and the baker

I would love to be able to rearrange the items in my product library. Like move my season bread to the bottom of the list and keep my most popular or bread I sell weekly towards the top. That way I'm not searching each time I make a new bake day.

I have a customer who pays with Apple Pay and she just stopped by to show me that that is not an option for payment anymore? Has that been removed or is there an issue with it right now?

I have customers that will say they don’t receive their text or email notifications and I would love it if there was a FAQ or info graphic that simply Bread could put together that shows how to manage your notifications that I could just forward to my customers so that they could go in and make any adjustments or changes

A baker community (similar to Hotplate's Circle group) connecting small bakers to share ideas, research, and support each other is such a smart move for platform loyalty
