I swear this used to work fine, but now every time I duplicate a bake day that I know is in the right order (the products), after I duplicate it it’s all screwed up and I have to re-order it every time and I have a lot of products so that’s really irritating! I swear this used to work like 1-2 months ago and now it’s not?!

I’d love to be able to send a mass message out to everyone who ordered for a bake day to notify of any changes.

Love the new FAQ feature! Can it be updated so we can rearrange the questions? Right now it seems to go in the order of how they were entered.

I would love to see an annual sales report, including profits and taxes paid, so I can have the necessary information to fill up to the IRS form

Is this possible? I want to give customers a link so that they can see a list of all my products and their ingredients. I suppose this is like a link to a website but I don’t have one.

I am unable to delete photos from my products. I want to replace one of them and this does not appear possible

If orders and deliveries are ready early I would like to be able to text the orders from that day that they can come and pick up

The screen after they order that gives QR code and says show this at pickup is confusing to people because I do contactless porch pickup. People will knock on my door because they think they need to show me the code. We should have the ability to edit that screen to give specific pickup instructions instead of it saying to show the QR code.
