Require the ability to modify an existing order. Currently the only option is to cancel an entire order. This is not an ideal customer experience. IF order status is UNPAID, allow the baker to add or remove items. IF order status is PAID, allow the baker to remove items and this partially refunds the order to the original payment method. Justification: there is an issue with the baker being able to fulfil the entire order so the baker needs to be able to remove item(s) from the order.

I would love to be able to see how many people or the traffic on my Website. Like how many people took the time to visit my site even if they didn’t order.

Will gift card option be available prior to Christmas?

Customers are having to provide all information each time they order and as a result of this- There are errors on phone number and email inputs-resulting in failed notification reminders and no shows. Is there a way they can have their info stored in the database? Thank You! 😀

I would like to be able to sell my classes/workshops on the app. The wording for the text announcement as well as the reminder for the event would need to be changed. Wording for the "product description" would need to be "Class description" and so on... I am currently selling my classes using the app but the reminder text tells my customers there is a bake day pick up instead of a class which can cause confusion.

I would like to create an invoice for special orders.

I would love to be able to edit a customer's order. Be able to change their order to a different bake day or add/remove items they have ordered.

When there are 0 left. I would love for it to be in big red letters, sold out across the event.

It would be great if Simply Bread could create a proper app. The current web version works, but we often run into refresh issues, and an app could make things much smoother.

Today is the first day that I used my POS system purchased through Simply Bread, and while I love the convenience of this and how smoothly the transactions go through, I am curious as to why I’m being charged the Stripe fees when I was trying to put the fees on the customers through my app? There were no fees on their end that I could see, but when I go to the payout section, it shows that I’m charged. I do have it set up on the app that the customer absorbs the fees, but it is not reflecting on the POS. Is there a way to give that to the customer I feel like if they’re going to take the easy way out using debit or credit cards they should be the ones to handle those fees since they didn’t bring cash POV.
